📦 PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
During high-volume periods (new drops, restocks, holidays), processing may take an additional 1–3 business days.
🚚 SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Delivery times begin after the order has been processed.
🌍 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International delivery times vary by country, averaging 7–15 business days.
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country.
📦 TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
🧵 PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Some collections may offer pre-orders.
Pre-order items require additional production time:

Ordering a pre-order item means you agree to the extended fulfillment window.
❗ ADDRESS ERRORS
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned, the buyer is responsible for:

📬 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, SaloneWear is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
